2. What we collect and why

2.1 Waitlist

We collect your email address for the sole purpose of notifying you when Homeward launches. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent.

2.2 Contact form

We collect your name, email and message to reply to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in handling correspondence.

3. Processors

We rely on Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection), Resend (transactional email), Google Workspace (Gmail inbox) and Google Analytics 4 (anonymous usage analytics). All processors are GDPR compliant and covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers outside the EEA, plus EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification where applicable.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent at any time. Exercise any of these by emailing [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.

5. Cookies

Cloudflare sets technical cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance) required for site security. Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) load only after you accept the cookie banner.

6. Data security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enforced. Email transit is encrypted via TLS. We apply data minimisation — we collect only what is necessary for the stated purposes.
